Our Policies:
Supporting Every Dancer’s Journey
Guided by care and dedication, our policies reflect our commitment to creating a nurturing, respectful and joyful studio where dancers learn, families connect, and the love of dance continues to inspire. Wish It…Dream It…Do It!
Program and Attendance
- Our dance year runs from September 6, 2025 – June 19, 2026.
- The Year-End Recital will be held in June 2026 (date subject to change).
- Consistent attendance is important for growth and performance readiness. Once recital choreography begins in February 2026, dancers should avoid missing more than three classes between February and June.
Payments and Refunds
- The September payment is due at registration and is non-refundable to secure your dancer’s place in class.
- Monthly lesson fees are due on the 1st of each month (October–June). Payments may be made by credit card, debit, or cash.
- Payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a late fee (unless other arrangements are made).
- Costume deposits for the Year-End Recital are due on November 1, 2025 and February 1, 2026. All costume deposits are non-refundable.
- If your dancer decides not to continue, please notify the front desk 30 days in advance. Refunds will be issued according to the payment plan.
Classes and Instructors
- Instructors carefully assess students during the first few weeks to ensure they are placed in the class and skill level best suited to their growth.
- CM Dancing reserves the right to combine or cancel classes temporarily or permanently, due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
